Cant skip weeks in app

Love Plateds food and the app is perfect for me.

Beautiful! The app is just perfect.

Very elegant design. The app is handy to use! I can quickly read the recipes when I am away from the kitchen. I know how much time is needed to prepare each meal when I get there. I can also check on my orders and skip a delivery week when I have other plans.

Until now I have liked the mobile app, last version was great. In this version they appear to have removed the categorization of the meals.... (Vegetarian, no gluten added, stove top only, etc). This was really helpful in meal selection. Please bring this back!!!!!

The app is turning off after update.

It could use work. I would like information more detailed regarding the recipes like carbs, proteins, fats, sodium, and sugars.

As of Fall 2015, this app has adressed all issues I had reported in my review below and I am happy to change my rating from 2 to 5 stars. The app is now very enjoyable to use, to browse recipes, see upcoming menus and change/view upcoming orders. Ratings are much more thorough. Very happy! PREVIOUS REVIEW. Lets get this straight: Plated is an awesome service, which to me is fully worth its price, and which helps me vary my staple of homemade dishes. The menus are awesome, the recipes usually work out magically well, the customer service is top notch. In this context, this app is a disgrace. I can barely manage my subscription in the most basic way (turn it on or off, no a la carte). There are glaring omissions: - cant see the upcoming menus - cant see the recipes - cant report issues (missing ingredient or spoiled ingredient - which happens with any food shopping) And then the little that is possible is poorly designed: for instance, I can rate the dishes, but I cant change my mind if I made a mistake (and the "Cancel" button doesnt work). There are so many cool things this app could do, but Id be happy with the bare minimum - which it doesnt do. Hope this changes. (Still think the service overall is awesome.)

I love using Plated as a device, but theres not much I can do on the app. I only get a message that I have no open orders - well, Id love to change that, but I cant see any of the upcoming menu items!

Such an awful app. You cant view the menu or select items for delivery. Its almost completely useless. The only things you can do is view previous recipes you ordered and change account settings. 98% of the time I just want to see the upcoming menu and select my meals for the week but I cant do that. It seems so trivial. Why would you not build this into the app??!? Very stupid. Fix it!

The app is user friendly however you left a few major essentials behind. The website includes nutritional info for each plate. The app does not. How difficult would it have been to include? Thats a major factor for many users. Please add that in the next update. Also, I am sure I am not the only customer that likes to switch delivery days based on when I can receive the shipment as it is perishable. The website let me choose Wednesday or Saturday for each week separately. The app applies the same delivery day to all future shipments. Arent you forgetting that your customers live hectic lives which is why you exist?

Cant seem to select menus or change frequency of deliveries from the app. Nice to see my order history, but thats not enough.

Great, expensive food, with very poor customer service, and a glitchy app/website that will keep charging you after MANY attempts to cancel. They are close. 2 stars was quite kind.

I was truly interested. Poked around the app. Food looked great. Couldnt find pricing. Solicited me to create account but even then didnt say that we lead me to pricing. Delete.

I never write reviews, but this app is useless. Love plated but what is the point of this app? You cant look at menus or order anything.

I got notified the minute my box was delivered. Delivery guy scanned the box, handed it to me, and my phone buzzed to tell me my box was delivered. The future is crazy, man.

This makes ordering plated so much easier. I love that I can see all my upcoming orders and easily change them.

Love Plated and the app is great.

I love being able to view my Plated recipes and changing my weekly boxes directly from the app. Thank you, Plated!!

Great product that my family enjoys and looks forward to each week. Highly recommend
