Great app! Its constantly getting updates that make it better and better!

This app is clear and I havent come across a bug yet. Great service overall! For improvement, Id love a way to swipe up to hide a recipe that doesnt interest me (for example, it could contain allergens).

Love using this app! I chose this over other subscriptions due not only to the better food options but due to ease of use. This app is very easy and functional. I love it. Awaiting my first box! I like that you can easily make changes along the way.

I love this app and use the app a lot more than Plateds website. However I have one big issue. Why can I not see the cooking steps of future dishes? Im only able to see the recipes of confirmed orders. This is not cool because sometimes I want to choose a dish depending on how many cooking steps will be required and how many utensils Ill need etc. Please include recipes for all dishes! Thanks

Love Plated but the app needs work. Really need to be able to rate the dishes we receive through the app. Otherwise it is too labor intensive to find a way to review the dishes each week. Also need an easy way through the app to add a friend and get points or dollars back if they join/purchase.

Ive been using plated for a while now and I love having the app. It makes it super easy to skip if I need to or take a peek and the options in the coming weeks. I like how easy it is to navigate.

The new version is a big improvement over the previous one and makes me excited to see whats coming each week!

App does not open

I love that Plated continues to add new features to the app! Its so easy to navigate!

Newest version crashes immediately after opening.

I love this service! The recipes are easy and fun! The food is magnificent! The servings are plenty! The recipe cards are colorful and easy to follow! The delivery is fast and efficient! What more could you ask for? Its like Christmas is coming every Friday for me!

I love everything about Plated! But the newest version wont even open for me. I need to edit my order and am kinda freaking out that it keeps Crashing! Help, fix it please!

They overcharged my credit card and "customer service" refused to credit my account. I advised that the app lists as "itemized" charges and they made them "additional" charges. They need more clarity for consumers, but then they couldnt get away with up charging, could they? App wont be fixed, Im sure. Box also came with several missing ingredients to make the recipe. Poor service altogether!

Occasionally theyll send a box with some error but when you call a human answers and Ive ALWAYS gotten at least a full meal refund (not credit but real refund!) sometimes more. The customer service people on the phone are clearly aware of what goes on AND are generally VERY knowledgeable about culinary questions (can I sub this or that? Where could I find this ingredient in my area? Etc.) Love love love it!!!

frustrating that i cant view tomorrows delivery..."upcoming" delivery starts next week

I have been using Plated for quite some time now, and its great! But I just have one suggestion... That clients are able to choose their skill level the same way they choose the meat options in the profile settings. I know I will almost always pass on the more difficult dishes. I just do not have the time or capacity to consider my dinner difficult. That considered, maybe someone who enjoys cooking a great deal would benefit from learning the more difficult recipes. I know this would be a great help to see more of the options I am interested in. Thank you for your time, ED

I tried to change my subscription to fewer meals in the mobile app, but the only option that shows is "cancel". Probably not the result intended.

Ive been a Plated customer for over a year. Im very loyal, Ive recruited plenty of friends and family to join, and Ive enjoyed the recipes. Recently, Plated rescinded access to ALL past recipes. Instead, you can only access recipes from maybe a few months back. I find it disappointing and discouraging and now Im considering canceling my subscription altogether.

Everything about plated has been wonderful. Simple app, simple meals. Delish!

The app works well and does what it promises, but would be so much more useful during meal preparation if it adopted size classes for larger screens.
