I have yet to hate anything (member 10 months)

Occasionally theyll send a box with some error but when you call a human answers and Ive ALWAYS gotten at least a full meal refund (not credit but real refund!) sometimes more. The customer service people on the phone are clearly aware of what goes on AND are generally VERY knowledgeable about culinary questions (can I sub this or that? Where could I find this ingredient in my area? Etc.)
